Unit 3 – Kirkpatrick Level 2

The assessment I created is intended to be an end-of-course assessment to cover the major skills that should have been learned during the course. It is an online quiz, but does have several long and short answer questions as well as ranking and multiple choice questions. I am measuring all of my course learning objectives:
  1. Learners will be able to access Microsoft Word and Excel on their phone, work computer, and home computer.
  2. Learners will be able to create folders and save files in OneDrive, and access those files from their phone, work or home computer.
  3. Learners will be able to share files from OneDrive with other users in our organization.
This assessment also covers the following module learning objectives:
  • MLO 1 – Learners will be able to access Microsoft Office apps online via their computer and a phone or other device. (aligns with CLO 1)
  • MLO 4 – Learners will be able to share a file that is stored in OneDrive (with appropriate permissions) with a co-worker. (aligns with CLO 3)
The learning materials contained in the course prior to assessment include video tutorials; step-by-step instructions in downloadable pdf format for reference, and short knowledge checks (2-3 simple questions per module). Activities will include creating documents in the online and app versions of Word, as well as document sharing with the instructor, to practice the skills learned.
